Hi
I signed up on went live on 18th September and I have not had an email to claim my cash back card, I have check my spam folder and nothing in in there.
Should i not have had that by now as it is nearly a month since I went live?

I am in the same situation, we went live on Sept 11th, called after a few weeks and was told I would get an email by Oct 2nd, still waiting for any kind of response from Plusnet.
