@sdefny11 Lets just hope that Vodafone realise the error in their order and don't just try and replace it!
I have first hand experience of their incompetence!. When we moved office a few years ago, Vodafone were asked to move one of our connections and told they needed to install a new line. Despite that, they tried on 3 occasions to take-over the existing one (serviced by Zen internet). Fortunately this was before OTS and Zen were able to cancel the takeover each time. Eventually, after the third attempt, I gave up, told VF I wanted nothing more to do with them and got another ISP to install a new line and connection.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
