My reward card has not been sent and it has been almost 3 months since starting the contract

I joined Plusnet around the middle of March and was promised an £80 voucher as a new customer on joining. I have looked through every email sent my account from Plusnet and there's no mention of how to access it either there or on Plusnet's website.

 

Please can we have some help in getting this sorted since this was what was advertised and promised for us joining Plusnet, and not some other broadband provider.

Hey @jjm01 Thank you for taking the time to contact us on our Community Forum pages, I hope you are well.

 

I am genuinely sorry to hear you have not received your reward card as planned, I have looked into this and found that your account was amongst the ones affected by an incident we had in April/May.

 

I have now contacted the escalation team with your details and I am awaiting for feedback to be provided to me, as soon as they come back to me I will be back in touch with you, this can take up to 5 working days though.

 

In the meantime, I want to assure you that the offer is applied to the account and we will do everything to endeavour the expectation set with you.
