Hi
I see my referral payment has reduced this month.
As far as I can see all my referrals are still marked as active.
The individual amounts for each referral on a"my current referrals" page add up to my usual payment.
Could a PN staff member please advise?

To follow up, the response to the ticket was:
Dear Mr XXX
Part of the terms and conditions of referral credits is that both the referrer and referree must have active direct debit details to make payments to plusnet or a recurring stored card must be used to make payment.
Any months where a referral credits is not payable may be due to the above circumstances.

The wording of the response leaves me wondering if the reason for the failed referral payment was investigated.
The response could be interpreted as a generic "go away" response or a subtle hint that one of my referrals DD failed?
