My latest bill

Please could somebody from Plusnet send me a PM or otherwise contact me about my latest bill.

I have received and email telling me my latest bill is ready but when I checked the bill it is totally different to the figure in the email. The bill is for £0.00 and the email says a particular figure will be taken from my account. Which do I believe?

Thanks for getting for touch and please accept apologies for this.

 

I have looked into your account and looks like amount from email you have mentioned was already processed as a refund on same day when bill was generated. This is why on your bill there is £0.00 to be paid. If you will open your bill you should see that refund amount on 1st page under "other items" section.
