My latest bill and referal discounts

I have just had a long conversation with a PN agent regarding the charges for my my new full fibre.  He is sorting out the correct billing however I should have some referral discounts from my old PN account which suffered major problems with the old billing system a couple of years ago. 

The agent cannot see the data for the referrals but I have been able to download the list.  He has asked me to upload the data using a new ticket.  The problem is that it no longer seems possible for a customer to create a new ticket or question.

Can anyone suggest a way to get this info to PN?

By the way the agent who dealt with the referals problem a couple of years ago is Anoush Mortazavi who was very helpful.

The only way thatI know to create a new ticket is to use the complaints system (see the bottom of the page). A bit drastic maybe, but Plusnet have not helped themselves. Ideally, you need a CS staffer to create the ticket so you can respond, sna dos hopefully a staffer will pick this up.

Thanks Champion, I suspected that may be the case.  As you say not a very satisfactory way of getting a file to PN.  Perhaps I should compain to the CEO
