I recieved my first bill for broadband and phone today. The broad band has been charged at £9.99 not the £4.99 as the discount has not been applied WHY NOT!!!! signed up for 12 month discount (refer to ticket by chrispurvey 10/03/13)

Sorry your discount wasn't applied. I've refunded the difference to your account which will take upto 10 days to process.
