After a delay of 12 months, my billing has restarted. However, I am being way overcharged for my broadband. Last year a negotiated a charge of £7.00 for my broadband plus a 50p referral deduction. I've copied the script from my open question 192225645:
"The monthly costs after discounts you will therefore pay are:
£16.49 phone line rental
£7 Unlimited Fibre Extra
There is an ongoing referral credit of £0.50.
Total monthly due after discounts and credits: £22.99
I have not been able to see any information that would lead to a different figure and this lines in with what you have paid recently.
I'll monitor it next month around the 2nd to ensure it is working smoothly. Thanks again for your patience as the issue was resolved.

BB is £7.00 plus line rental, less referral discount, totalling £22.99 pe month. I've just spoken with 2x incredibly helpful staff members, renegotiated a new 2-year contract and paid my line rental saver. All this after a totally free service for 12 months, it's good to have it all sorted out.
Plusnet are definitely the very best.🇬🇧😀🍻
