My bill

Hi I've been over charged on my bill they charged me 3 times for line rental after I up graded my broadband how do I sort this out

Hi @Ohare123, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear your latest invoice amount is higher than you'd expect. I can see you've got in touch this morning and I can see someone is already keeping an eye on the account to correct this for you once the direct debit process completes.
