My bill wrong again

For the third time my bill is wrong,I am being charged for line rental after paying in advance in December.

I will get a credit "again"

Two questions I ask myself.

Will I recommend Plusnet again (I have done so three times)

Will I renew when my contact ends.

Answer No and No

I am aware someone is trying to resolve this matter,but my patience is being tested.

Especially as exactly the same thing was said in December February and March, I wonder what the odds are of it being correct next month?
