My bill is wrong again

My bill for this month does not make sense and is much higher than it should be. I have been unable to connect with plusnet via phone or chat. What are you supposed to do? On top of that my contract is due for renewal this month. That should be fun. 

I would not want staff to put themselves in harms way but there should be an automated system to query and correct bills.
