My bill has just increased by £7pm!

hi,

as the title says. been a +Net customer for a good few years but just got my monthly reminder of DD payment and it is £7 more than usual.

what's changed?

I have been in this house for 2 years and suspect there was some sort of deal for signing a new 2 year contract but I really can't be sure of that.

I am totally happy with my current package and would like to keep it as it is including the price. I am happy to sign a new contract to secure the price. what are my options?

Best thing to do is ring customer options team 0800 731 7512, to see what the can offer for another contract

It seems that your discount from your last contract has expired. I echo others in saying that you should give Customer Options a call.

Do give our customer options guys a call (as per the number in @ITWorks reply) and I'm certain we can arrange something else for you.

No point in calling customer options as they told me this morning they have stopped all these deals now.Funny

If phone and broadband are both with us then we can still offer a deal.

 You should try again and get someone else. Some CS staff are less helpful than others.

If you bothered properly answering questions asked about contract offers, or the sudden lack of them, and the lack of offers for broadband only customers, then maybe cross posting wouldn't happen.
