My account shows a renewal price but it's not competitive enough. (What is leaving notice time?)

My  account shows a renewal price,  but  it's does not seem competitive enough. When compared to what other broadband comparisons sites are offering. 

What  is the leaving notice time?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Options Team directly as they'll be able to see if anything further can be offered. They can be reached on 0800 013 2632 and are available till 8pm tonight

I tried a few days ago, but was stuck in a long queue. There are now sub £20 offers from competitors, so perhaps when it comes to renewals, your  company should factor this in. It will be simpler to leave.

I called COT yesterday evening and got cut off after about 15 mins. Tried about and hour later and got through after a few minutes.

If at first you don't succeed ...
