Hi my Plusnet TV subscription channels are active and working but my account TV displays "Sorry your Youview TV service from Plusnet isn't ready yet" could a staff member check this for me please. Thanks

Hi there, I can see the TV service went live on the 23rd so our website can take a day or two to update. Do shout up if that's still an issue but it everything looks fine on our side of things.

@adamwalker I'm still unable to view my TV package in my account? same thing is displayed "Sorry, your YouView TV from Plusnet service isn't ready yet".

Hi Dave, I've taken a look into this and it's odd as the YouView component on your account is showing as queued-activate rather than 'active'. This should've activated automatically when you pugged in your set top box. Nothing you've done wrong. As a kind of 'fail-safe' if that happens it should activate after 10 days so this should hopefully be sorted by next week.
