Went to look in my online account in member centre and got greeted with a message saying payment was unsuccessful, thing is it was successful, payment was taken on the 14th and even got a confirmation email from plusnet.
I even checked billing and it shows as paid, further to this my member centre is completely broken, clicking to view my account information and most other things brings up an error page, billing was the only thing that loaded.
I've attached a few screen shots.....
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Have you tried disconnecting then reconnecting to the internet as suggested in one of the attachments?

I got an email this morning, it seems the problem has been fixed and I can use my account normally, thanks.
