I have today received my bill for May and I am being charged for a call I did not make. This has happened ever since i joined Plusnet. I have spoken to someone every month about this and been promised this would be resolved. Unfortunately it has not been resolved and I am still receiving incorrect bills.
The issue is a 123 number which no-one can explain what it is or why I am being billed for it. I would be grateful if someone would look into this and get back to me asap.
