New contract and this is my first bill. I paid LRS upfront but the bill shows line rental of £18.99 and at the same time shows that I paid the LRS! See screenshot below.
The deal I have (see Question #189605800) has been totally ignored.
Kindly sort this out asap
Dave

Hi @daveplus
Really sorry to hear about your incorrect billing.
I can see that a member of our customer service team has responded to the ticket you raised here and that they're going to follow this up for you later this month.
If there's anything you need in the interim, just let us know.
Kind Regards

Complain to the Ombudsman Services and drop a note to BACS, who are responsible for firms holding the right to take a DD.
Disgraceful that you have to wait so long. If you want to risk having service restrictions y ou are entitled under the DD Guarantee system to have your bank refund the money imediately. (BACS will be interested because they know this and they know that Pnet run close to the edge because they only give 3 days notice for DD and by that time it cannot be changed)
.........................proud" say Pnet.

Hi @Anon
I'm giving the Plusnet team a chance to sort it out first. The next step would be a formal complaint to Plusnet, which is the first step that Ombudsman Services requires.
