My Discount Amount Isn't Shown On This Month's Bill.

Before I summon up the will to phone, can anyone tell me if discount payments have been discontinued?

We used to get a discount of £5.99 per month but it's not showing on our bill this month.

Have you come to the end of a contract period, 12 or 18 months perhaps?  In which case the discount will stop.

No, I took out a 24 month contract in November 2018.
