I think that it appears on your menu is possibly an error.

I have it in the back of my mind that this was another of those extras (like CGI) that was withdrawn from new users.
I've just tried it and it still works.

I've never used it in anger, but for me it is still there and still works (just tried sending a test email to myself).

Morning all,
I can confirm that we stopped bundling this with new accounts quite some time ago however if you had it prior to this, you would still keep even when changing account types to the newer packages (unless requested otherwise). In this instance, the account was only signed up in 2013 so wouldn't have been available on any of the products we offered in the sign up journey.
I'll see if I can dig out the date that we decommissioned it however, from memory, I think we just stopped adding it into the bundled services as it wasn't something we had advertised for some years.

Not that I'm bothered, it also shows in my Member Centre and doesn't work...  Not so much an error as a left hand, right hand disconnect perhaps?  Wink

Adam, it might be worth modifying the description of My Circular to mention the fact that it is now a legacy tool which is not available to new customers.

It's a tough one with it being a legacy service, it's that old that it was never designed to be on some accounts and not other which means everyone will have the link for it but only those with the active component for it will be able to gain access. Ideally the link should only show if you have the component as well as the support page reflecting that this is no longer an active service unless your account was signed up before X date.
Hopefully the request I raised will see some traction soon and we can get the changes implemented  Wink
