Cannot access My-Account. Try later keeps coming up. Why?

Nothing listed by PN as maintenance etc

Also my current referrals has disappear from my account? Also cannot view my bills either. What was going on PN?

Exactly the same for me on Chrome or Firefox. I've also seen a post that Edge is no better.

This should be flagged up in the Status page. 

I only hope that this is evidence that Plusnet are fixing things....but I won't hold my breath.

I consider that it is unacceptable that Plusnet have yet to comment on these issues with the new billing system that have now been on-going for nearly 4 weeks.

Well, my Current Referrals page is available again, but has not changed from the wrong version that has been there since the new billing system came in - i.e. last referrals all dated before my August bill and N/A against all referrals in the Uninvoiced Referrals Credits column.

Bills and Payments is still not available.

Overall very disappointed with lack of PN support. No ones seem bother to answer it.

Access to billing has been restored, but no comment from PN as to reason for loss.

Also no correction to double billing problems raised earlier.

Only a few days grace left now before PN say they will limit my service.

What a shambles; perhaps some goodwill gesture from PN would be in order, before Ofcom take action again!

I can see that we've picked up your billing issue on a ticket here and are in the process of getting that resolved. As soon as we have further updates, we'll populate the ticket accordingly.
