Hi, I have been scouring the Plusnet website, looking for the details of my contract, but cannot find it.

They have increased my TV price, despite having a fixed term.

Could anyone help me by telling me where it is on their website???

I believe that the fixed price will apply to your line rental and broadband contract. I think that you will find that Plusnet tv is an add on with some difference in terms and conditions.
