My Account - an error has occurred

Hi

Made a change to call features at the start of the month and should have completed after 24 hours.  I’m still seeing the following in my account online and can’t make any other changes.  Latest bill has been paid/processed as well but still can’t clear the message, looks like the account has got stuck processing the changes.

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
