My 86yr old father is being fleeced!

Please Community my elderly father is really ill as he has taken a bad stroke and has limited movement and speech. I'm trying to be Fu£&12g calm here. Please tell me he has recently signed up with lots of hassle and was promised only to pay £19.99pm.. NO LINE RENTAL!
NOW ITS AROUND £54.00PM CHARGING HIM FOR LINE RENTAL.
He is so sad as this is his lifeline.
He has no clue about broadband... Can you please advise me as same.

Top right of the post in question and click on post options/ edit post. You should be able to delete it from there.
