Multiple attempts to pay

Any idea why it took multiple attempts to pay for my package. i.e. press the submit (i think) button and it would grey out then return to lit-up after a few seconds. No message if payment had been successful or failed just a change in button colour.

 

Eventually browsing in a new window showed that payment had been made i.e. I couldn't place an order.

I'm not sure why that's occurred but it looks like an account has been created in the end. Thumbs Up

Yes, like I said, opening a new window confirmed payment had been successful; just confused as to why it didn't confirm on the actual order page.
