Dear Mr James Bailey, Plusnet complaints manager
When am I to expect a response to the PM sent to you on the 22nd of this month? I had put my not receiving a reply down to you being away for Christmas and New Year, but it appears you were active on the 28th, and indeed posted several messages on this forum.
Also, I assume you are responsible for the complaints department. Please could you confirm whether my complaint of the 22nd which is currently an open ticket is being looked in to, it has neither been confirmed nor answered? I am aware of a 5 day waiting time, but having no opening hours available (that I have found) I do not know whether this has been and gone yet.

Unfortunately James isn't the office today, I know the complaints team are working through the tickets they've received and I've given them a nudge to look at your ticket.
