Hi, wondering if some one can give me some advice. I have to leave where I live and might not be able to afford my internet any more at the new place. I have just entered into a new 12 month thing as well.. like renewed or something, upgraded to unlimited. I'd like to know where I stand. thanks

Though your circumstances mean that you might not be able to go through with a move I think it might be worth seeking their advice on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200. Alternatively you could give the Customer Options Team a call on the same numbers.
