Moving to new provider

Hi, I'm currently in the process of moving to a new provider for my phone and my broadband. Plusnet have sent me an email to say they know about the phone moving but say they have yet to have confirmation from my new provider, Sky, in regards to the broadband switch. 

 

What should I do?

Thanks for raising this to us.

I can confirm that the notification of your intent to take your phone service to Sky does provide enough information for us to know your broadband is leaving at the same time.

Sky use their own equipment in the exchange so we are unable to provide your broadband on this.
