Hi,
I’m moving in October to a new build estate with only OFNL as the provider.
I would gladly take my plusnet contract with me but this doesn’t seem like it will be possible.
How does this stand me with cancelling a contract?
Cheers!

Hi @Osuldavid, if you're moving home and we're unable to provide a service where you're moving to, I'm afraid early termination fees would be applicable if ending the contract during it's minimum term.
Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
