Moving to Relish

Hello,
I am thinking of moving from Plusnet Unlimited (where I pay £9.99 pm plus line rental) to Relish which does not require a landline (in Central London). I originally signed up to a 12 month contract two years ago, but I am now paying for my broadband month-by-month.
Do I have to pay the £30 cessation fee upon moving to Relish? Firstly, I would like to know if I am still under contract and secondly does moving to Relish count as a migration (given it does not use the landline?), which would mean I don't have to pay the cessation fee?
Thanks.
Jonny.

Re: Moving to Relish

Given that Relish provide broadband via 4G then the broadband on your phone line will cease and you will be charged the cease fee
Regarding contract - look here and see what it says about cancellation charges https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary

Re: Moving to Relish

It would unfortunately be chargeable yes, but you are out of contract.
It may be worth seeing if our Customer Options Team can offer you anything cheaper than what you're paying now. They're available on 0800 013 2632 or 0330 123 9197.
