Hi guys pretty much what the title says, i'm at the end of my contract anyway which I believe ends the first day of october or around then but i've already moved so would like to cancel the service as soon as possible. I've tried multiple times to contact support over the phone however I keep getting kept on hold for long spells and really don't have time to be glued to the phone while waiting currently. That issue aside i'm happy with the service however i'm staying with friends and they already have a provider.
I've previously had far more success getting help here than with the phone support team so i'm hoping somebody can help

just giving a bump as another 30 minutes on hold, come on guys this would be trivial to sort out with live chat if it hadn't been binned this kind of service is not acceptable
