As your phone service is not accepting calls, your online chat is offline and your twitter account only sends template replies, how do I cancel my service today, Sat 4th April?
Unless you ring in or a Plusnet staffer comes along, picks up this post and raises a ticket for you you will not cancel today. The phone lines are working. If you’re advised to come here it’s because there’s an unacceptably long queue so you will need to ring back at another time.
