Moving out and Need to Leave PlusNet

Hi there,

I've just finished uni and have moved out of my student flat so I would need to leave PlusNet completely and end my connection. I was wondering what the best way is to go about terminating everything. I will not be taking my broadband anywhere else.

Thanks!

Re: Moving out and Need to Leave PlusNet

Just call the support number and select the option for "I am thinking of leaving".  They will sort everything for you.  If you are still within your minimum contract term, you will have early termination charges to pay.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi there,

Thanks for the quick reply! Can you remind me of the support number? Just so I'm on the right track.

Thanks again.
