So i need to move to my parents home to look after my dad as he has been diagnosed with cancer. I am a few months into an 18 month plusnet contract and he is about halfway through a plusnet contract. What can i do?
I'll need Internet when i move out again expected about February so 7 months or so is there any way to suspend it until then?
Obviously dont exactly want to keep paying (and also i assume i can't just do that as a new tenant will move into my house and want to set up their own Internet) but if i had to that would probably be better than cancelling 16 months of contract when I'll need it again in 7 right?
Or can the contracts be combined in some way adding my 16 months onto my parents 6? Basically is there anything i can do to not lose heaps of money here? Money is tight and everything is stressful right now advice appreciated.
Any free for mobile numbers to call? I have line rental but no phone unfortunately.
