Hi, Soon we are moving into a short term rental. Assuming there is a BT line in place at the rental property can we move our plusnet broadband to the new address? If so, is there are charge and what is the approx duration? Thanks Rich.
Hi Rich, This support page will explain how it works and the charges that are incurred although these can be deferred for 12 months. So it would depend on the duration of your stay as to whether it would cost you. Chris
