Moving house

I have returned to the NHS to work in the community and need to move out of the family home for shielding purposes. I have rented a property and would like to move my broadband service from my holiday property, which I can’t use at the moment.

As well as working directly for the NHS I am also a clinical contact tracer, so need a reliable broadband connection.

it doesn’t appear that the house moving team is available in the current situation, so anybody got any ideas?

Our Customer Options Team are available and can advise you on your house move and requirements on 0800 432 0080 between the following hours:

 

08:00 and 20:00 Monday - Friday
09:00 and 19:00 Saturday
09:00 and 18:00 Sunday

Call wait times may be longer during the current period, however I'd ask you to persevere and you will get through.
