Moving house and giving notice

I will be moving house shortly after my contract expires to a place where I currently have a BB contract with Plusnet. I'm just wondering how much notice will I have to give? I'm aware of the £30 cessation charge.

Hi @Swipe,

It'd be best to give us at least 2 weeks notice, though any additional notice doesn't go amiss.

I'm aware of the £30 cessation charge.

I understood that the cessation charge had been scrapped a couple of years ago.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
