Moving home


I'm moving home and want to take my broadband with me as I've already paid for 12months and my contract will only end in January. I've tried to look for information on how to do this online but on your website it keeps redirecting me to your contact page where chat has been unavailable for more than 1 week (by unavailable I mean I get the "busy" message, not the fact that the chat does not work on my browser). 


Also, I've been trying for a week to have someone answer the phone and I haven't been able to, there is no alternative form of contact and according to with your website, I need to call you in order to get this done. It has been terribly frustrating. Do you really have someone in customer support? Could I get a callback?
