If plusnet cannot provide a service at the new premesis as it's not cabled for BT and only fibre what is the situation about the remainder of the contract ? If you cannot provide a service who does the account get closed with me being charged for the remainder of the contract ?
Thanks in advance

The notice period on your contract will be 10 days so you should be able to arrange it so you have nothing to pay for your contract.
You may have differed charges (e.g. 'free' activation or a 'free' router) which if you took them less than a year ago you'll have to pay for in full. Your account summary on the portal will show you if you have any outstanding.
You will also have to pay a cessation charge (£25).

Ah, I presume that must be a home phone plan, I was talking about the broadband side only. I'm not up on home phone.
Does the account summary page I linked not give some indication?

Hi,
To clarify we can agree to waive any remaining months on the contract, however a cessation charge as mentioned by jelv and any outstanding deferred costs would be chargeable.
On the latter point there, I'm pretty certain we would go out of our way to waive as much cost as we can towards an installation of a line.

Dave, I'd suggest you give PN details of where you are moving to see what they come up with. I think they'd be more amenable to waiving anything they can if you've given them the opportunity to see if they can get you a line installed at a reasonable cost.
