Moving home issues

Hello

I have been trying for over 50mins on hold to contact plusnet to inform them of moving house. At a stressful time plusnet only induce more stress by putting one on hold for 50 mins!

Maybe I should sue for stress they have created for me! My lawyer certainly thinks I should make a claim.

I am perplexed and stressed with attempting to contact plusnet.

Other than canceling my direct debit and waiting for plusnet to take me to court does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Moving home issues

If you want to avoid stress then cancelling your DD and waiting for the Debt Collectors to call is not advised.

Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will pick this up and help. Other suggestions are to try ringing at a different time of day and/or trying the Chat service.
