I'm moving within the next 3 weeks and was just going to transfer my current PN package to the new place.

But a quick google suggests that I can not only get fibre at the new premises but that I can get it from another supplier for at least £10 a month less than the absurd £32 I pay PN each month, and that includes a free new router, line rental & zero upfront charges.

hard to see how I can stay with PN on this basis - after nearly 15 years ...

Sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving after 15 years with us.

It may be that Fibre to the Premises is the the only fibre service available at your new address. At this time, FTTP isn't a service that Plusnet can provide. Hopefully with the constant development of technology, it may be something we look in to in the future.

I would suggest speaking with our Customer Options team regarding the services at your new address. You'd just need to confirm your new address so that we can check which services are available. You can contact them on 0800 013 2632 and their opening hours are as follows;

08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
09:00 - 19:00 Saturday
09:00 - 18:00 Sundays
