Moving account

As the bank cocked up the accounts, "long story, not for here" I have been left to tidy the mess up, who, are where do I phone to make said changes?

I don't know is the honest answer as I doubt that accounts are working over the holiday
These are the standard support numbers
    0800 432 0200
    0345 140 0200
One thing I would do is add a credit card to your account to avoid potential non payment screw ups which you would do here and at the same time update/change the direct debit details if you can
