Moving Package With Out A New Contract

I'm currently on fibre 250gb package with home phone and due to recently becoming a owner of a xbox one and a member of netflix my usage has gone through the roof.
I would really like to move to the unlimited package for the same price I'm paying now, but due to various reasons I don't want to be tied into any contracts.
Is there any way round this?
