Moving Home to a non-fibre area

I could be moving in 4 weeks to an area that doesnt have Plusnet FTTC available...only ADSL, im currently on 40Mb and get the full whack, what happens here? I do not wish to downgrade to ADSL... from what Im aware I can cancel if this is the case... looks like I will have to go with Virgin Sad

I'm sorry to hear we're unable to provide you with fibre at your new address.

If you're wanting to cancel as a result, it's likely that cancellation fees will apply.


But I'd recommend getting in touch with us on 0800 013 2632 as our House Moves team will be able to run you through the process and of the costs involved too.
