Moving Home, No phone support or website options

Hi guys

 

Just wanted to arrange a home move, we signed our contract yesterday and just want to get our broadband service moved over to our new address.

The website takes me to a customer service line, and I have tried a few other numbers, but no success. Just going in circles here.

Do you have an email address I can contact to get this sorted please?

This has been resolved. Phone lines eventually opened up and I got through. Cheers guys.
