Moving Home - Have Tried To Telephone But Been Kept On Hold For Over 30 Minutes Each Time

Hi

 

I have tried to ring you twice and kept on hold for over 30 minutes (1 hour wasted time in total) after which I simply gave up.

 

I am moving house and want to cancel my contract with you.

Hi Chris, unfortunately we don't arrange callbacks via our forums.

 

However looking at the wait times, there's currently less than a 5 minute wait for tech support/customer service but it appears there's no queue for our Customer Options Team that deal with Sales/House moves/Cancellations.

 

You can reach the team directly on 0800 013 2632 (I believe the options for housemoves are opt 1, opt 1)
