Hi
I've moved to Plusnet Unlimited (Contracted) from 60gb limited contract
When i requested move it said I can get a new router by raising ticket after subscritpion had changed
How do I do that and what is the charge

Hi there,
I thought it was offered as part of the account change process? If not (and sorry about that, it should have been) then you can raise a ticket requesting a router at http://contactus.plus.net.
The delivery charge is £5.99 and would need to be taken from a debit or credit card.
