Moved to new supplier but still being billed for Fibre Extra

I switched to a new supplier on 14/5/18 but I'm being billed for Fibre Extra until 23/6/18. I've tried online chat but they were useless. My phone bill included a credit for overpaid subscription charges but they are still charging for the broadband.
Please, can this be checked as I don't want to have to pay this and then try to get it refunded?
