Moved to new ISP but still billed by plusnet

Seems to be a common issue. I moved as soon as possible after contract expiry (i.e. midnight that day) and still received a (very high) bill for the following month. I'm posting on here as my PN account is due to be closed as I've left. Please can someone investigate and refund.

Hi there, 

 

I've just looked into this and the refund was made on the 22nd. 

 

Funds can take up to 10 working days to reach your account so it should reach you by 5/6/18
