Moved to BT but no notification of cancellation from Plusnet

I've just had FTTP installed by BT so my Plusnet services should be cancelled automatically as I also moved my phone number. I've had no notification from Plusnet. Has my service been cancelled or do I need to cancel it manually?

Hi, it's the same as my name on here. However having logged into my account I can see it shows that my account is now closed, so it looks like it's been acknowledged at Plusnet's end now, I just didn't received any communication about it.
Payment was just taken from my account for another month of service a few days ago. Will I get a pro-rata refund for the unused time?

A final invoice will be generated within 20 days of the account closing which will include details of any pro-rata refunds due.
