I moved to BT FTTP on 2/4/2020, it wasn't going ahead because of virus but it did and I'm now with BT.
I received email from plusnet saying cancellation was stopped on 31/3/2020 but I haven't had another since telling me my services have been cancelled. I tried calling cancellations but the message says the service isn't available so how can I check check everything has been cancelled? Can you please cancel everything for me on my account and confirm.
